Order Cancellation & Refunds:
We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our handcrafted products, we have the following policy in place to be fair to both you and our studio:
- Within 12 hours of ordering: You may cancel your order for a full refund by emailing us. We will then close the order with no further charges.
- After 12 hours: Your order enters the design phase. If you need to cancel before your item ships, we can offer a 50% refund to cover the initial design work and materials.
- Once shipped: As the item is personalized for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except in the rare case of damage during transit.
Our Guarantee to You:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will provide a full replacement or refund in these cases:
- Damaged in Transit: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Our Error: If there is a significant mistake attributable to us (e.g., major craftsmanship flaw or incorrect portrait), please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
